As part of our dedication to excellence, we are seeking an experienced sales executive to join our dynamic team.Position Overview : We're looking for a high-level experienced salesperson who possesses a direct and engaging telephone demeanor. The successful candidate will be upselling customers to purchase additional later-life planning products. These customers will be active customers who already possess a will with our company, the upsellers role will be to analyze their individual case and sell further products.This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to grow and thrive in a fulfilling remote position. • An extensive background in sales, Ideally phone sales.
• English as their primary language.
• Autonomo status is required for the role.
• To reside in Spain or Gibraltar.
• Possess a laptop and fast speed internet.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Adaptable and quick thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Wage & Hours : In this role, you'll enjoy a £20,000 basic salary, complemented by enticing commission structures for each successful conversion, offering an OTE of £45,000-£60,000. Commission is a % of sales.This is a full-time 37 hours per week remote role : Monday - 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)Tuesday 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)Wednesday 11 - 8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)Thursday 11-8 (with a 1 hour lunch break)Friday 10 - 3 (with a 1 hour lunch break)Please only apply if you can commit to the working hours and meet the criteria.
