Field Services Engineer (Remote)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Field Service Engineer to

A Home-based role but working on varied industrial sites, predominantly across Spain and EU countries.

Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and offering timely solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and acting as a reliable service engineer.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of service visits, technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.

Ability to work emergency cover at short notice and be on an emergency call rota.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in Spanish and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualification in a suitable engineering discipline.

Proficient in using Windows, Gmail, Word, Excel.

Multi-skilled background – electrical, mechanical,

Controls & instrumentation.
