A career opportunity awaits in the CDMO Manufacturing Operations department.
The successful candidate will join our team as a Buffer Technician responsible for developing processes for recombinant protein, monoclonal antibody or biological molecule production in microorganisms.
- Meet objectives set by the Team Leader and DSP / BUFFER manufacturing manager.
- Maintain traceability records for subsequent work of other departments.
- Ensure equipment, facilities and materials are maintained according to company manuals.
Main Responsibilities :
Process Development :Develop processes for recombinant protein, monoclonal antibody or biological molecule production in microorganisms.Select buffer types (inorganic or organic) based on pH and conductivity control levels and downstream process requirements.Quality Control :Record quality indicators associated with scaling and solution manufacturing. Participate in investigation with the Team Leader.Inventory Management :Manage material stock needed for daily activities. Ensure SAP system scheduling meets manufacturing schedule.Production Execution :Execute Scale-up and Manufacturing department activities, including media preparation and buffers, following operating procedures and GMP requirements under Buffer Team Leader responsibility.Accurately complete production records for traceability.Requirements
Assessment criteria include :
Advanced Vocational Training or equivalent in related areas (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Health, Clinical Laboratory, etc.).University Degree or equivalent in related areas (Biology; Biochemistry; IPPA; Chemistry; Biotechnology, etc.).Master's Degree related to the area is valued but not necessary.Between 2 and 3 years of experience in / with :
GMP / GLP regulationsInstrumental analysis techniquesWriting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Languages :
Intermediate level of English (Level B2 / First Certificate)
