Descripción del trabajoDefine product vision and roadmap for industrial automation solutions, aligning with strategic business goals Own end-to-end backlog management : Prioritize features, refine user stories, and ensure maximum value delivery Collaborate daily with global engineering teams to transform requirements into high-impact technical solutions Lead sprint ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) while resolving blockers and optimizing workflows Present product outcomes to C-suite stakeholders , using data to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement Champion Agile best practices across teams to accelerate time-to-market without compromising quality

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Business / IT + 3+ years in product ownership or business analysis within software development
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) with hands-on experience managing product backlogs
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications
- Mastery of product tools like Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog prioritization and sprint planning
- Exceptional communication abilities to bridge business stakeholders and development teams
- Self-driven mindset with sharp organizational skills to thrive in cross-functional, fast-paced projects
- Experience working in English
