We are a fast-growing Online Reputation Management (ORM) company based in Europe, and we’re looking for a proactive Account Marketing Manager to join our team.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week remote role for someone who excels at communication, client care, and strategic thinking.
The ideal candidate has an advanced or native-level command of English (C1–C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and experience managing relationships—especially in high-stakes or sensitive scenarios. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident in our work at all times.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a blend of relationship management, strategy, communication, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Keep clients consistently informed about progress, updates, and wins.
- Act as the main point of contact to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
Feedback & Issue Management :
Handle both positive and negative client feedback with calm, clarity, and empathy.Quickly identify solutions and communicate them effectively.Maintain professionalism even in high-pressure or sensitive scenarios.Strategic Idea Sharing :
Proactively offer clients insights and suggestions to improve their online reputation.Translate ORM and SEO strategies into clear, actionable recommendations.Position yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the partnership.Internal Coordination :
Collaborate with the delivery team, project managers, and head of operations.Communicate client requests, updates, and feedback to ensure priorities are aligned.Help prevent miscommunication by clarifying expectations on both sides.Client Engagement & Retention :
Maintain engagement through regular communication and status updates.Highlight wins to reinforce value.Monitor satisfaction and take proactive steps to ensure long-term retention.Issue Resolution :
Address and resolve friction, misalignment, or delays between teams and clients.Support smooth delivery by managing expectations on all sides.Requirements :
Advanced or native-level English proficiency (C1–C2) with exceptional written and verbal communication.Experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM) and SEO.Proven ability to manage difficult client conversations with a solution-focused approach.Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to keep clients engaged.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.Experience with Slack, ClickUp, or similar project management platforms (a plus).A desire for long-term growth and commitment to supporting client success.What We Offer :
