Remote Machine Learning Developer

We're supporting a major insurer in delivering a large-scale Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation and are looking for experienced Developers and DevOps Engineers to join the technical delivery team.

You'll be responsible for building, configuring, and integrating PolicyCenter solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and alignment with business and architectural standards.

Configuration Developers

Integration Developer

DevOps Engineer (Guidewire + Integration focus)

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and configure components within Guidewire PolicyCenter.

Work on configuration (Gosu, PCFs, entity model) or integration (APIs, web services, messaging) depending on the assigned stream.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.

Troubleshoot and optimize application performance across environments.

Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and release planning.

For DevOps roles : design and maintain CI / CD pipelines, automate deployments, and manage integration between Guidewire environments and enterprise systems.

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience as a Guidewire Developer or Integration / DevOps Engineer within PolicyCenter projects.

Hands-on expertise with Gosu programming, Guidewire configuration, and integration patterns.

Familiarity with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, or similar).

Solid understanding of the insurance domain (policy, billing, claims).

Comfortable working in Agile teams.

Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
