Proven experience managing large budgets Expertise in eCommerce and / or fashion retail is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize ad performance. Fluent in English (Spanish or Italian is a plus). Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on results and KPIs. Full Remote Work Setup – Work from anywhere in the world. We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Dubai, looking for a Senior Social Ads Manager to join our team. As a Senior Social Ads Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and executing cutting-edge social advertising strategies for our clients, with a focus on eCommerce and fashion sectors.
What You'll Do :
- Manage large-scale social ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Develop and implement high-performance ad strategies tailored to clients' needs in the retail and eCommerce industries.
- Analyze campaign performance , optimize for ROI, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to drive innovation in ad formats and targeting.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising.
