RF Optimization Engineer

OFG select several Radio network optimization engineers with deep knowledge in Drive test log analysis

Main Tasks :

Responsible of technical solutions for RF in benchmark improvement related projects

Analyze Drive Test log and investigate negative trend and failure reasons

Perform troubleshooting activities for performance related network issues

Perform network audit from customer perspective and provide improvement solutions

Provide benchmark gap analysis and technical improvement solution for voice and data performance improvement

Requirements :

More than 5 years radio network optimization experience in GSM / UMTS / LTE / NR technologies

Benchmark network Optimization experience

Familiar with Huawei OSS and optimization tools (U2020, PRS, UNET, OMSTAR, Probe&Assistance, Mapinfo, Atoll, Business object, Xcal, Xcap and Actix)

Expertise in 3GPP protocols and generic algorithms

Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication) Degree

Fluent in English
