TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Alignment : Define and lead the global strategy for delivering and evolving enterprise applications.

Project Delivery : Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, from conception to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Application Evolution : Lead the development and implementation of strategies for evolving enterprise applications, ensuring they meet the changing needs of the business and leverage emerging technologies.

Supervise the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of applications, ensuring their availability and optimal performance.

Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of application delivery processes, ensuring agile service delivery.

Interact with business areas to understand needs, propose improvements, and provide expert knowledge on key processes.

Act as Delivery Manager, ensuring correct resource allocation, progress tracking, and resolution of critical incidents.

Team Development : Act as a Team Lead, coordinating multidisciplinary teams distributed across different geographies, fostering professional development, and motivating team members.

Vendor Management : Evaluate and coordinate the management of third-party vendors, establishing KPIs and SLAs to guarantee operational excellence.

Innovation and Compliance : Identify opportunities for technological innovation and digital transformation, ensuring security, regulatory compliance, and best practices throughout the application lifecycle.

Budget and Reporting : Manage the assigned budget and prepare periodic progress reports for senior management.
