WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
Must Have :
- 5+ years of project management experience in complex multinational organizations , with proven delivery of technology-driven business applications
- Fluency in English (mandatory for stakeholder communication and documentation)
- Strong pre-sales and negotiation skills – ability to "sell" solutions internally and drive asset adoption
- Mastery of Agile / SAFe methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills for large-scale international environments (business units, engineers, country teams)
- Proven ability to chase stakeholders for real-time status updates and enforce governance

Lead GenAI asset delivery from design to deployment across 10+ countries, ensuring alignment with year-end deadlinesGeneralize shared assets for cross-business unit reuse while maintaining technical integrityDrive adoption through internal presales : negotiate with stakeholders, demonstrate value, and overcome resistanceCoordinate complex workstreams with AI engineers, Product Owners, and country teams to integrate assets into existing processesProactively manage risks in fast-paced GenAI environments (e.g., model drift, data compliance, integration hurdles)Chase stakeholders daily for status updates and ensure governance frameworks are strictly followedReport transparently to senior leadership on progress, roadblocks, and ROI metricsCapture lessons learned to refine GenAI development processes for future initiatives
