Overview

Our client in Madrid is seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Consultant to support their ongoing SAP landscape. This is a long-term contract role (minimum 12 months), fully remote, though candidates must be based in Spain.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SAP system landscapes (ECC, S / 4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, PI / PO, Fiori, etc.)
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Execute SAP system installations, upgrades, support packages, and kernel upgrades
• Manage transports and system copies
• Ensure database administration and optimization (HANA, Oracle, SQL, etc.)
• Maintain system security, roles, and authorizations in collaboration with SAP Security teams
• Support high availability and disaster recovery setups
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth operations
• Provide technical documentation and knowledge
