Responsibilities

• Report to the Operational Readiness Leader or Site Supervisor
• Conduct timely scheduled maintenance, respond to, and troubleshoot turbine-related issues
• Always ensure and promote safe working practices
• Be precise, i.e., accurate, detailed, and have good observation skills; follow complex technical instructions in English, and improvise, when necessary, in order to complete work efficiently and to the highest standard
• Continuously identify potential troubles in the Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) and consistently contribute to operation improvements to ensure we build a brand worthy of reliable services and standard turbine fleets
• Plan and perform daily work demands based on on-site work rosters and schedules
• Understand each work scope, read and validate the necessary service work instruction
• Identify the required tools and parts for each assigned work
• Responsible for checking the availability of all required tools and parts prior to the actual workday
• Conduct regular safety checks of equipment and tools
• Conduct re-certification of equipment and tools
• Complete tasks timely as agreed with the direct manager and supervisor
• Document and convey customer requirements or requests to the direct manager and supervisor
• Consistently participate in Quality, OH&S, and Environmental awareness and requirements
• Participate in toolbox and daily work team briefings
• Uphold site safety protocols for all Vestas' onsite personnel and visitors
• Promoting and consistently participating in 5S and LEAN
