Overview Murex Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Murex Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional with strong analytical skills and extensive experience in the Murex trading platform, who will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions in a fast-paced financial environment.

Responsibilities Analyze and document business requirements for Murex-based trading systems

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into functional specifications

Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements

Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user guides

Support project delivery using agile methodologies and maintain project artifacts in Jira and Confluence

Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users and technical teams

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Murex applications

Assist in system configuration and customization as needed

Monitor and analyze system performance and recommend improvements

Essential Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Murex platform

Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analyst roles

English proficiency : B2 level or higher

Experience working in agile project environments

Proficiency with Jira and Confluence tools

Technical Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in requirements gathering and documentation

Understanding of financial trading concepts and workflows

Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications Technical background in software development or system administration

Knowledge of Linux systems and command-line operations

Experience with SQL and database concepts

Knowledge of financial markets and trading operations

Experience with system integration and data migration projects

Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services

Previous experience in investment banking or financial services
