We are seeking a talented professional to join our team in developing and implementing cutting-edge HR software solutions.

The successful candidate will have expertise in designing, configuring and further developing SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0, Employee Central and RBP (Role-Based Permission).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent end-to-end HR process know-how, particularly across recruiting, onboarding and employee master data management.

A completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field is essential for this role.

Proficiency in English is required, with German being an added asset.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2+ years' experience in designing, configuring and further developing SAP SuccessFactors
• Expertise in Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0, Employee Central and RBP (Role-Based Permission)
• Excellent end-to-end HR process know-how, particularly across recruiting, onboarding and employee master data management
• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
• Very good English skills, with German being an added asset
