European Real Assets Investor Portfolio Analyst

About Our Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Associate to join our team. As a Portfolio Associate, you will play a crucial role in the development of our portfolio across Europe.

• You will be responsible for building and updating financial asset models to support the portfolio modelling and valuation cycle.
• Your task will include updating cash flow models with the latest assumptions and performing in-depth asset analysis to drive model assumptions and assess the value of the assets.
• You will review market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and assess the value of our assets.
• In addition, you will support hold and sell analysis by providing fund-level returns and contribute to performance measurement.
• You will also prepare cash flow forecasts for investor reporting and liaise with external advisors to facilitate external valuations and analysis.
• Furthermore, you will monitor debt compliance at fund and asset levels and oversee the management of junior team members.
