As a Supply Chain Specialist you’ll work closely with our Purchasing and Maintenance teams to source spare parts, manage deliveries, and ensure everything runs smoothly during heavy maintenance events.

Overview

Join Volotea as a Supply Chain Specialist supporting the A320 fleet during maintenance events by sourcing and delivering spare parts, coordinating with the Purchasing team, and ensuring timely deliveries for both scheduled and unscheduled events (AOGs, MELs, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Support our A320 fleet during C-Checks and heavy maintenance by sourcing and delivering spare parts from stock or suppliers.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing team to manage material needs for both scheduled and unscheduled events (AOGs, MELs, etc.).
  • Coordinate orders in AMOS and track deliveries to ensure everything arrives on time.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams .
  • Help identify solutions for urgent material requests and support operational planning .
  • Contribute to reporting and KPIs to understand what works and help us improve processes.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in aviation logistics, supply chain, or procurement (airline, MRO, OEM, cargo, or spare parts environment).
  • Curious and eager to learn — Experience with AMOS is a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good English for supplier communication; any additional language is a plus.
  • Passion for aviation and interest in aircraft maintenance operations .
