Financial Operations Specialist

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and hard-working Controlling Specialist with extensive accounting knowledge and experience in financial audits.

Main Responsibilities Monitor and analyze economic and industrial indicators on a periodic basis.

Prepare and analyze monthly closures and quarterly forecasts to support informed decision-making.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement.

Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and annual budgets to drive business growth.

Qualifications Degree in Economics or Business Administration, with a Master\'s degree in Finance being highly valued.

At least 3-4 years of experience as a Controlling Specialist in an industrial setting, or equivalent experience in auditing or consulting.

Proficiency in financial and analytical accounting software, including SAP R / 3 and Excel.

Strong knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) and its applications.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively.
