IT Systems Administrator (Mac / iOS, M365, and Teams / Cisco Focus) – Fully Remote - €200 p / day

Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our client who are a global consultancy. This role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing our clients critical IT infrastructure, with a specific focus on Mac / iOS device management, Microsoft 365 administration, and their Teams video conferencing solutions integrated with Cisco hardware. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep technical expertise across these key platforms and will also have strong English speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities :

The successful candidate will be responsible for the optimization, troubleshooting, and daily management of the following environments :

Mac / iOS Device Management

• Administer and maintain our Mac and iOS device fleet using Microsoft Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager).
• Develop, deploy, and manage configuration profiles, application deployments, and security policies for Mac and iOS devices.
• Ensure device compliance, implement Zero-Touch deployment (e.g., Apple Business Manager), and manage lifecycle for all Apple hardware.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues unique to the Mac / iOS ecosystem.

Microsoft 365 Administration

Teams Video Conferencing and Cisco Integration
