How you’ll make an impact

• Engage with supply chain management and other functional stakeholders at regional and global levels to understand primary challenges and ongoing initiatives
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify gaps and develop business cases, providing management with recommendations on project viability
• Inspire and guide project teams by setting clear objectives and empowering members to optimize resource use and efficiency
• Create detailed project plans that outline scope, budgets, schedules, and risk assessments to ensure alignment with overall project goals
• Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with Hitachi Energy policies while monitoring resource utilization and tracking progress against set timelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication on project objectives and deliverables
• Promote adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout project activities
