Solution Architect (Professional Services)
Location : Madrid (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- You'll work closely with clients, sales teams and technical specialists to help shape solutions that address real-world cyber challenges.
- Support our sales team by acting as a technical advisor to clients during the sales process, both face-to-face and remotely.
- Help design practical and repeatable solutions from our professional services portfolio that address client needs.
- Contribute to technical responses to RFx, SOWs, presentations and scoping questionnaires.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in sales, delivery and legal to build client-friendly commercially sound proposals.
- Help improve internal tooling templates and ways of working within the global pre-sales function.
- Provide support across the team on multi-phase or complex opportunities.
- Identify patterns in client requests or market gaps that could inform new service ideas.
- Offer a second pair of eyes on client-facing documents to ensure quality, consistency and alignment to delivery capability.
Your background
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on technical experience in security consulting, delivery, or pre-sales who is now ready to get more involved in solution shaping and client advisory. You don’t need to tick every box but you must have a curious mindset, technical grounding and confidence communicating with clients.
You will have
Experience in a technical consulting, pre-sales or solution engineering role, ideally within cyber or broader tech services.A good understanding of core security areas such as offensive security, cloud or GRC.A desire to grow your skills in solution design, bid responses and client engagement.Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.A collaborative mindset and an interest in the commercial side of security services.Desirable Qualifications
Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CISSP or similar.Exposure to regulated sectors (e.g. Financial Services, Energy).Awareness of standards like ISO 27001, NIST or MITRE ATT&CK.Familiarity with managed services (e.g. SOC, MDR) or incident response.What you’ll get
