Legal & Compliance Specialist (Focus on Privacy | Remote)

Your mission

We are looking for an enthusiastic Legal & Compliance Specialist with a focus on privacy-related topics to join us. You will report directly to our Chief Legal Officer. As a global company, we do not require you to be trained or qualified in a particular legal system; however, our operations are currently focused on Europe and the USA.

You will be in charge of :

Legal research on different topics, with a focus on privacy topics

Draft analysis

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements

Supporting other departments by providing legal advice and reports on specific requests

Requirements

Master’s degree in law

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

Full professional English proficiency and experience working at a professional level with it

Strong affinity with technology and its implications on law

Team player and willingness to work in a team

Added values

Previous experience with GDPR-related topics

Curious mindset and meticulous working method

Professional legal experience in more than one country

Excellent knowledge of one or more additional languages, especially if European

Pragmatic approach to solving legal problems

Admission to the bar in one country

Location

At iubenda we believe in full-remote. You will be completely free to work from anywhere in the world. If you prefer to work from an office, we have Italian (Milan and Bologna) and German (Berlin and Hamburg) offices to enable a hybrid work model.
