Workster is partnering with a global customer experience provider to recruit Inside Sales Representatives for a premium automotive brand. Provide exceptional service while reinforcing brand value and addressing customer concerns regarding pricing or preferences.

Ensure all customer interactions align with the brand’s quality standards and premium positioning.

Support retail teams by collecting and summarizing key insights, and documenting customer interactions.

Educate and inspire customers about the brand’s premium offerings, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Are bilingual or proficient in French and English.

Have experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors.

Demonstrate strong communication skills, especially with high-end or executive-level clientele.

Show a keen interest in the automotive industry and premium products.

Full-time contract (39 hours / week) : Monday – Saturday with rotating shifts between 09 : 00 and 20 : 00.
