Overview

As a Software Engineer on this team, you will help build and maintain a payroll, benefits, and HR platform used by HR teams and employees. You will work on mission-critical systems powering Alan’s growth and renewals, influencing product direction and experience while delivering scalable, reliable software.

Responsibilities

• Engineer our employee affiliation engine : reliably process thousands of lifecycle events daily.
• Simplify payroll and billing : craft tools that HR teams love.
• Build seamless integrations : connect with platforms like Payfit and Workday so things “just work.”
• Automate workflows at scale : adapt solutions to companies of all sizes across multiple countries.
• Make billing delightful : ensure invoices are accurate, reliable, and easy to manage.
• Collaborate across teams : partner with product, design, and ops to deliver a unified experience.
