Lead mobile developer

Our client, a leading EV manufacturer in Spain, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead Mobile Developer to join the growing team in Barcelona! This is a senior-level role requiring both strategic oversight and day-to-day involvement in operations. Responsibilities : Lead mobile app development, architecture, and technology choices (Android & cross-platform). Oversee integration of firmware / Bluetooth and ensure smooth, high-performance apps. Establish robust testing, CI / CD, and release workflows while solving complex technical challenges. Lead a strong high-performance team. Qualifications & Skills : 5+ years leading Android app development with strong Kotlin expertise and deep Android OS knowledge. Hands-on experience with Flutter or Kotlin Multiplatform, plus CI / CD and testing pipelines. Proven experience in resolving performance / memory issues and integrating Bluetooth Low Energy. Skilled in Android SDK, APIs, libraries, and popular third-party integrations. Bonus : Any personal projects could be of interest. Please send your CV in English.
