The Senior Specialist,Affiliateis responsible for launching, building, and operating our business locally.
From business strategy to knocking on doors, this is a role for someone who thrives in the field, loves building from zero, and can manage every aspect of the business as a one-person startup, with real influence on commercial strategy, team growth, and market positioning.

Core Responsibilities :
Business Setup & Strategy :
Lead the launch of the Spain affiliate from day one
Define local go-to-market strategy, pricing, and forecasts
Create and execute Spain -specific business plans and budgets
Ensure full compliance with Spain laws, certifications, and operational standards
Sales & Business Development
Generate leads and manage direct sales to clinics and doctors
Pitch products in person and build strong long-term client relationships
Identify strategic partnerships and KOLs (key opinion leaders)
Build and manage sales pipeline and revenue forecasting
Daily Operations
Oversee orders, logistics, invoicing, payments, and customer support
Handle day-to-day finance : budgeting, reporting, and cost control
Ensure smooth operational flow as a "one-person business" at the start
Marketing & Market Intelligence
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and events
Analyze competition and trends in the Spain aesthetic market
Provide local insights to the HQ marketing and product teams
Team Building
Recruit, train, and manage future sales reps and operational support
Define team structure and KPIs as the affiliate scales
What you'll Bring :
Bachelor's degree in economics, Business administration or a related field.
8-10 years' experience in commercial, sales, or operations roles — ideally in aesthetics, pharma, medical devices or beauty industry.
Entrepreneurial mindset : hands-on, driven, independent
Strong commercial acumen and confidence in client-facing situations
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Fluent in English, Spanish and other European languages a plus
Experience working in a start-up or launch environment is highly valued
Must be based in Spain, with ease of commute to Madrid
Ability to travel (up to 50+%), predominantly within Spain
