About The Role

We\'re looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team and help build scalable, accessible, and user-friendly applications. Reporting directly to an Engineering Manager, you\'ll work independently on moderately complex projects, collaborate with senior engineers on larger initiatives, and mentor junior team members. This is a great opportunity to contribute to impactful products while growing your technical and leadership skills.

You Will

• Develop and deliver complex features and medium-sized projects with minimal oversight.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and make informed technical decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, accessible applications (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Act as a go-to team contributor for debugging and problem-solving.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Improve code quality and workflows through refactoring, standards, and best practices.
