  • 🤩   We are looking for    We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Enterprise Sales Executive (m / w / d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.

Your role in BizAway   FULL CYCLE POSITION : you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature.

Research and prospect for new clients in  DACH /  Nordics  Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.  Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).

Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.

Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.

Your basic qualifications   You have a native level language of the market (DACH  / Swedish / Finnish / Danish / Norwegian  / CEE- Polish, Romanian, Czech, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Lithuanian, etc) and a good level of English (both written and spoken) You have a proven track record (+3 years) in a B2B closing role, having sold to mid-large enterprises (+1.000 employees) You have at least experience in the T&E industry “No excuses” attitude : you know that your success depends on you and no one else.
