Overview
About the Role We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce CRM administration, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Salesforce CRM processes to ensure seamless data management.
- Develop and maintain complex Excel models for sales / revenue analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and qualify reporting needs, document processes, and create user guides to support internal users.
- Ensure customer data quality and consistency across systems and processes.
Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce CRM administration or similar platforms.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and pivot tables.Familiarity with Power BI / Fabric for data visualization and reporting.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.We Offer
