Role

To enlarge our Delivery & tech sales team, we are looking for a smart and creative System Integration (Automation) Specialist to join our Team.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you'll be responsible for handling customers' inquiries and concerns regarding an organization's goods and services before proceeding with delivery plans and going forward with implementation.
  • Understand and describe customer use cases and needs.
  • Consultancy in customers and implement use cases configuring Primeur and IBM software products according to Primeur and Customers best practice and rules.
  • Install and configure Primeur and IBM software products and solutions according to shared timing, deadlines, acceptance, and quality criteria.
  • Troubleshoot potential issues with configurations and implementations of Customers’ use cases within Primeur and IBM products and solutions.
  • Actively cooperate with all colleagues and Primeur departments to collect feedback and suggestions about potential product improvements to “make Primeur Customers’ everyday-life easier”.

Required skills

  • High Level of English
  • At least 3-year experience with a similar position
  • Good knowledge of Unix / Linux OS main configuration, shell / batch scripting, process analysis, system health-check and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of base networking concepts like IP addressing ports, routing, firewalling, and related issues base diagnosis
  • Knowledge and confidence on working with IBM MQ, IBM DataPower, IBM App Connect, IBM API Connect, WebMethods, IBM Event Streams
  • Base programming knowledge and good scripting skills with at least one shell scripting language
  • Application clustering and HA base knowledge
  • API (e.g. REST, SOAP) base knowledge from a caller perspective
  • Main security concepts and protocols knowledge (like SSL)
  • Main file transfer protocols (like SFTP, FTP / S, HTTP / S) knowledge at user level
  • Ability in problem solving, analytical thinking and in communicating and building relationships with colleagues / customers at all levels
