The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping technical direction, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

5+ years of software development experience.
At least 2 years of experience as a Tech Lead.
Main stack : Python.
Node.js : experience is a plus, but strong leadership experience can substitute.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL databases.
Fluent in English and native in Spanish.
Experience with other backend technologies such as .NET or Java is a strong plus.

Lead and mentor a team of developers working with Python and / or Node.js.

Maintain high standards in code quality, processes, and delivery timelines.
