Are you ready to lead financial operations across multiple European jurisdictions and help scale a high-growth, innovation-driven company? As a key member of the finance leadership team, you will oversee accounting operations, compliance, ERP implementation, and strategic process improvements across five legal entities. Accountabilities :
- Oversee accounting operations for multiple European entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Manage the financial close process (monthly, quarterly, annually), including variance analysis and consolidation submissions.
- Lead the design and enforcement of robust internal controls and ensure accurate statutory and tax reporting across jurisdictions.
- Spearhead the implementation of a new ERP system from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption.
- Identify and drive financial process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization across countries.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five finance professionals; manage performance and encourage continuous learning.
- Monitor regional cash flow, manage liquidity, and optimize working capital.
- Support and lead statutory audits, prepare audit documentation, and provide insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent required.Minimum 7 years of experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role, ideally across multiple countries.Strong foundation in both public accounting and in-house finance, preferably in telecom, infrastructure, or construction sectors.Expert knowledge of IFRS, statutory compliance, and tax legislation in European markets.Proven success in leading ERP implementation and scaling finance operations.Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills; attention to detail is critical.Proficient in ERP systems and Excel; fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments and across multicultural teams.Benefits
