Data Migration Project Lead

Overview Seeking a highly skilled leader to spearhead data migration projects and design scalable solutions.

About the Role :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing existing systems, evaluating data migration designs, and governing architectures and standards across SAP programs. Their technical expertise and functional knowledge will ensure end-to-end consistency and auditability across all sites.

Responsibilities Technical and functional lead for SAP data migration and master data projects

Design and govern scalable data migration architectures and standards

Select and evaluate data migration tools to ensure reusability, compliance, and fit-for-purpose solutions

Conduct internal trainings on data migration and master data, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing

Requirements We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Information Technology or equivalent qualification. The ideal candidate's profile should include :

At least 7 years experience in delivering services related to data migration, transformation, and support for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures

Led at least one complex data migration project to SAP S / 4HANA

Experience with Data Management solutions (e.g., MDG, ILM) is an added advantage

Familiarity with SQL is a plus

Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach
