Job Title : Head of Security Engineering

Description : We are seeking a visionary security leader to spearhead our globally dispersed team in shaping and executing the strategic security engineering vision. This is a critical role that requires a bold innovator who can inspire and motivate engineers to deliver scalable, secure-by-default infrastructure & application solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading high-performing security engineering teams and a deep technical understanding of EDRs, WAFs, Kubernetes, and IAM. They will be fluent in security operations, architecture, and risk, as well as business value. They will report directly to the Director of Information Security and play a pivotal role in driving real security impact across tech and business. They will work closely with architecture, operations, and GRC to drive secure innovation and showcase the impact of security engineering to execs, clients, and peers alike.
