IT Business Analyst - Financial Services

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

~+5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in large corporate environments.

~ Strong expertise in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder management .roven experience as an IT Business Analyst , ideally in resilience , risk , or operational excellence domains

~ Solid understanding of IT architecture , governance frameworks , and data analytics

~ Working knowledge of cloud, server, networking , and general IT infrastructure

~ Proficiency with tools such as Power BI and ServiceNow

~ Familiarity with modern architecture platforms (e.g., LeanIX ) and legacy tool transitions (e.g., Visio )

~ Proven knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies .

~ Experience in business process modeling and supporting testing phases.

~ Tools : Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Power BI (or similar).

~ Fluent English (C1 / native); French is a plus .

~ Based in Valencia, Madrid, or Barcelona with a hybrid working model (4 remote days, 1 office day)

Lead workshops with stakeholders to analyze and define business requirements .

Collaborate with Business Liaison Officers, Governance Leads, and Site Engagement Leads to gather and refine business requirements

Analyze IT operational workflows and identify opportunities to enhance resilience

Co-design taxonomy-specific high-level designs (HLDs) with Platform and Lead Architects

Support the integration of LeanIX and facilitate migration from legacy tools like Visio

Work with the Data & Reporting teams to define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and enhance IT performance dashboards

Assist in governance activities, change control, and ensure compliance across resilience projects

Champion taxonomy alignment and enforce resilience-related guidelines throughout the platform lifecycle
