Job Responsibilities

• Achieve coverage, frequency, and sales targets within assigned territory.
• Contribute to regional training and develop key skills of team members.
• Monitor sales progress, implement action plans, and provide performance feedback.
• Collaborate with external partners for co-promotion opportunities.
• Manage territory budgets for customer contacts, events, and external expenditures.
• Represent the company at professional events and promote products.
• Work with cross-functional teams such as Medical Science Liaisons, Marketing, and National Account Managers.
• Identify and communicate issues, opportunities, and solutions proactively.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly, including updating databases and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
