The responsibilities

We are looking a passionate Digital Project Manager to assist projects in web, mobile, e-commerce, data & AI solutions

Join our dynamic project management team in an agency where creativity and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. Under the guidance of a Project Director, you will be responsible for executing digital projects from start to finish, delivering real and tangible impacts for our clients.

What will you do?

Own end-to-end delivery of digital projects (web, data, and AI initiatives) from discovery to rollout and post-launch optimization.

Translate business goals into scoped roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and measurable KPIs; keep initiatives on track and within margin targets.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading status meetings, workshops, and demos in Spanish and English.

Orchestrate multidisciplinary squads (strategy, UX / UI, content, engineering, data / analytics) and align internal and external stakeholders.

Run Agile routines (backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros) and maintain clear, living documentation.

Write crisp briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage change requests and dependencies with a proactive risk plan.

Ensure quality at every stage—define QA plans, coordinate UAT, oversee releases, and maintain checklists for regression and accessibility.

Set up and monitor measurement frameworks (e.g., GA4 / event taxonomy, dashboards) to track impact and inform iterations.

Lead experimentation and A / B testing cycles; synthesize learnings into actionable next steps.

Safeguard compliance with GDPR / AEPD guidance and brand / accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) across markets.

Contribute to proposals and pitch narratives with clear scopes, estimates, and delivery plans.

Preferred experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, digital or engineering.

3-4 years of experience as a technical project manager in agency.

Be organized, rigorous, and dynamic.

Be fluent in spoken and written French, English and Spanish.

The salary

The salary range is 30k-39k depending on the candidate skills and years of experience

The process

Our selection process includes an initial interview with the HR department, who will send you a practical case to prepare. You’ll then present it in an interview with a team member. After that, you’ll have the chance to meet the Production Director, and if all goes well, you’ll receive an offer to join us.

The entire process usually takes less than two weeks.
