Local Service Transition Consultant

Main responsibilities :

• Lead local workshops : ensure clients understand in scope of services as per global contract, service delivery model and systems landscape
• Define and maintain local Project Plan (MS Project and Smartsheet) and RAID log. Identify and communicate risks
• Help client understand the implementation methodology : what are we implementing, when and how (phases and deliverables).
• Onboard Business As Usual operational team in the project
• Prepare Payroll Calendar and Trusted Source List
• Provide needed accesses to client and Operations team members
• Implement Local Service delivery tools (case management tool, call centre, SLA reporting tool, etc).
• Coordinate and lead client and BAU Operations trainings to ensure readiness for go live
• Coordinate and lead testing phases to ensure all in scope systems are working and integrated as expected and configured according to the specifications agreed in the contract.
