Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will provide both technical expertise and commercial support to customers across Africa, ensuring seamless operations, product optimization, and long-term client satisfaction. The position requires a proactive, hands-on professional with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical knowledge, product demonstrations, and training to customers.
• Monitor customer operations to ensure optimal product performance and manage inventory levels.
• Prepare and present technical proposals while keeping internal systems up to date.
• Coordinate with factories, regional offices, and partners to maintain an efficient supply chain.
• Share technical insights with colleagues and provide feedback on potential product improvements to the factory.
• Support business growth by building strong customer relationships and contributing to sales efforts.
