The role

You will be part of the Data Analyst team : helping to provide our customers the best experience by analyzing and enhancing the data our technology offers. Your mission will be to audit the service we bring to our customers and guarantee that it is of the utmost quality and exceeds expectations. Guided by your Manager, you will analyze data from multiple sources on the internet (Marketplaces, Social Media, Google...), helping make the Internet a safer place.

What will you do?

Analyze and validate data sets

Maintain standards for data reliability.

Execute service quality improvement activities

Work with other departments in order to improve the customer experience.

What do we need from you?

Academic background in :

Middle and / or Higher Grade (Vocational Training) as : Microcomputer systems and networks, Cybersecurity, Database Administration or similar.

Bachelor Degree as : Information and Digital Content Management, Information and Documentation, Science, Management and Service Engineering or similar.

Possibility of signing an Internship agreement with the corresponding Training center / University.

6 months internship

Possibility of Full-time schedule (9 : 00 a 18 : 00) and Part-time schedule (9 : 00 a 14 : 00 / 15 : 00 a 19 : 00)
