We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy LMS Administrator to join our dynamic Learning & Development team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our Veeva-based Learning Management System to ensure seamless training delivery, compliance tracking, and user experience across our pharmaceutical operations. Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration : Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Veeva LMS platformManage user roles, permissions, and access levelsEnsure data integrity and system performanceContent & Course Management : Upload, organize, and maintain training content and curriculaSchedule and assign training programs to employees based on role, location, and compliance needsCollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevanceReporting & Compliance : Generate and analyze training reports for audits and regulatory complianceMonitor completion rates and escalate overdue trainingSupport internal and external audits with accurate documentationUser Support & Training : Provide technical support and guidance to end-usersDevelop user guides, FAQs, and training materials for LMS navigationConduct training sessions for new users and stakeholdersContinuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance LMS functionality and user experienceStay updated on Veeva releases and implement relevant upgradesCollaborate with IT and HR teams to align LMS with broader digital strategiesFor more information, please do not hesitate to apply and we will reach out providing more information.
