We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flight Dynamics Software Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge software tools for orbital simulation and mission design. Your contributions will directly impact scientific missions for top-tier clients.

The Challenge :

As a Senior Flight Dynamics Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, evolving, and deploying our in-house Flight Dynamics System (FDS) to simulate constellations and orbital maneuvers. You will also develop high-fidelity software tools for end-to-end satellite and constellation simulations, as well as create strategies for constellation deployment, station-keeping, replenishment, collision avoidance, and re-entry.

Responsibilities

• Designing and evolving the FDS software for orbital simulation and mission design
• Developing high-fidelity software tools for end-to-end satellite and constellation simulations
• Creating strategies for constellation deployment, station-keeping, replenishment, collision avoidance, and re-entry
• Defining algorithms for Space Situational Awareness (SSA)
• Supporting mission design for interplanetary and Earth Observation missions
• Simulating spacecraft dynamics and modeling the space environment
• Developing custom software tools to support mission analysis activities
• Driving innovation, refining engineering processes, and contributing to technology research and knowledge sharing across teams
