Job Description

As a CRM Support Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through strategic direction, product feature prioritization, and evangelizing Vault CRM capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing and monitoring KPIs to track CRM performance, adoption, and impact on field force productivity and customer engagement
  • Leading strategic direction, prioritizing product features, and evangelizing Vault CRM capabilities
  • Gathering market requirements from stakeholders, designing customer-facing solutions, and ensuring product features meet industry needs
  • Collaborating across departments to launch new features, manage product backlogs, and ensure quality delivery
  • Communicating product vision, conducting training sessions for internal and external audiences, and providing subject matter expertise for market-specific CRM workflows

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor\ 's or Master\'s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10–12 years of experience in product management, CRM platforms, or life sciences technology solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Veeva Vault CRM, Veeva Network, and OpenData platforms
  • Proven ability to define product vision, manage product backlogs, and deliver market-ready CRM features
  • Expertise in life sciences CRM workflows, customer data integration, and data quality management
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, gathering requirements, and aligning cross-functional teams
  • Experience conducting training and enablement sessions for clients and internal teams
