Service Transition Manager

This is a challenging position that requires someone to oversee end-to-end IT service transitions. The objective is to ensure seamless integration, minimal disruption, and fewer headaches for all parties involved.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating these transitions. This includes ensuring all release policies are in place, artefacts are produced, the service catalogue is updated, and cross-functional teams understand their expectations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar service transition management role, preferably within a complex organisation. They should also possess decent knowledge of ITIL and be able to apply it in real-world scenarios.

Highly organised individuals with strong communication skills who can build relationships with different departments are highly sought after.
