What will you do?

  • Support in the execution of the companys Trade Marketing plans
  • Develop and execute different materials in cooperation with the Brand Marketing department and agencies such as brochures, flyers, banners, e-mailings and presentations.
  • Drive innovation and advancement within the area by exploring and implementing cutting-edge tools and solutions.
  • Support the team in the planning and execution of different international Trade Shows and Trade Events.
  • Source and coordinate new Merchandising products in collaboration with agencies and international supplier.
  • Support B2B Digital Marketing.
  • Support the Trade Marketing team in the day-to-day business operations.

What are we looking for?

  • First work experience in Marketing, ideally in a multinational company.
  • Excellent knowledge of English is a must (spoken and written).
  • Very good working knowledge of Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of digital, graphic and online collaboration tools is a plus.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at a time and ability to adapt easily in fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
  • Basic copy writing skills (preferably in English).
  • Prioritization, organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Detailed oriented, delivering high quality work.
  • Flexible, service minded with a commercial attitude.
  • Independent and reliable worker.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive.
  • Innovative and creative, with a strong desire to learn and stay updated on trends.
  • Collaborative, team worker with excellent communication skills and international mindset.

  • Direct report to the Trade Marketing Director
  • The position is based in Madrid, Head Office, located in the center of the city : c / Santa Engracia (hybrid : remote & office working model).
  • Full-time position. Immediate incorporation. Duration : 1 full year.
