We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Data Scientist to join our high-impact Data Science team. This is a leadership-oriented role where you’ll guide data initiatives that influence key decisions across product, sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience. You will partner with stakeholders to drive innovation through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning solutions—turning complex data into real business outcomes at scale. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of scalable machine learning solutions and advanced analytics for high-impact use cases.
  • Act as a thought partner to senior business leaders, identifying opportunities to leverage data science for strategic initiatives.
  • Drive the design, implementation, and evaluation of experimentation frameworks, including A / B testing and causal inference.
  • Own and refine production-grade scoring models, recommendation systems, and automation tools.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to mid-level and junior data scientists.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of data science projects—from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
  • Champion best practices in model development, testing, and ML Ops pipelines.
  • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, product, and operations to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in external engagements or cross-team collaborations.
  • Evaluate and introduce new technologies, methodologies, and tools that push the boundaries of what’s possible.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling business narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you need to succeed

  • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science roles, preferably with team leadership or strategic project ownership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to influence and drive decisions.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end data science projects with measurable business outcomes.
  • Advanced expertise in Python.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data wrangling at scale.
  • Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimentation.
  • Experience working in cloud environments (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure), including infrastructure and deployment.
  • Solid grasp of software engineering best practices (version control, testing, CI / CD).
  • Experience with Docker, containerization, and orchestration tools.
  • Strong track record of mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including integration and fine-tuning.
  • Practical knowledge of MLOps frameworks and practices (e.g., model monitoring, CI / CD for ML).
  • Experience building and deploying APIs for machine learning applications.

  • Experience with Apache Airflow for orchestrating data and ML pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures.
