We are looking for a Functional Analyst with technical expertise to join a strategic data integration and management project. This role will act as the bridge between the technical and functional teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions and that communication flows smoothly between both sides.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with ETL technologies (PowerCenter, SSIS, DataFactory, or similar). The specific tool is not critical — what matters is solid hands-on experience with ETL projects.
• Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate them for the technical team.
• Excellent soft skills : communication, teamwork, negotiation, and results orientation.
• Advanced English level, both spoken and written.
• (Nice to have) Previous experience at Santander Bank and knowledge of its methodologies.
