Senior Data Center Solutions Architect

Overview OCP architecture is the backbone of our data center solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team and drive the design and implementation of OCP-based rack and data center solutions.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of high-performance designs with PCB teams and system architects.

Responsibilities Develop and implement OCP standards and best practices for rack and data center solutions.

Work closely with stakeholders, including backend leads and customers, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Provide technical leadership in designing scalable, efficient, and reliable OCP-based data center platforms.

Ensure power distribution, mechanical, and thermal design considerations are met.

Source and procure high-quality PCBs and components, identifying alternatives when needed.

Address the unique hardware and firmware needs of AI-focused data centers.

Qualifications Deep understanding of OCP standards and best practices.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including system architects and PCB teams.

Strong technical leadership skills, with experience driving complex projects from concept to delivery.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
