Front-End Software Developer

The role is on-site in Madrid.

An established technology-driven company is seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join their growing development team in Madrid. This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, working closely with users, and delivering innovative, high-performing web applications.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Take ownership of front-end development projects, ensuring high-quality code and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop, test, and maintain React and TypeScript applications, ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Design and implement real-time communication features using WebSockets, SignalR, or similar technologies.
  • Contribute to architectural discussions, improving systems and processes for better efficiency and maintainability.
  • Stay current with front-end frameworks, UX best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the team ahead of industry standards.
  • Work closely with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Desired Experience :

  • Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end workflows.
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of user experience principles and interface optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset, eager to take ownership of projects and contribute innovative ideas.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, ideally with excellent academic results (7.0 GPA or higher).
  • Experience in financial or investment sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
