Focus on WD are seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to join an International Workday Customer, in a newly go-live environment. Predominantly focusing on support with elements of project work.
A Senior Workday Analyst to join the HRIS function and become a trusted subject matter expert across multiple modules.
You’ll play a key role in supporting, configuring, and optimising Workday across the business — acting as the go-to specialist for stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the Workday subject matter expert , supporting and configuring modules including HCM, Absence, Compensation / Advanced Compensation, Security, Talent, and Reporting .
Partner closely with HR and business leaders to translate requirements into Workday solutions that drive efficiency and engagement.
Support the rollout of new modules and functionalities, ensuring smooth delivery and strong adoption.
Manage and maintain Workday security roles and permissions , ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Develop and refine dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable business insights.
Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to enhance processes and system usage .
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Stay current with Workday releases, identifying opportunities for improvement or new capabilities.
About You
Experienced Workday Analyst / Senior Workday Analyst with hands-on configuration experience.
Strong understanding across multiple modules : HCM, Absence, Compensation (and ideally Advanced Compensation), Talent, and Security .
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
Confident communicator who can build trusted relationships with HR and business stakeholders.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Eligible to work remotely in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, or Romania .
What’s on Offer
Competitive salary up €55,000 - €65,000 , depending on experience.
