About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative with solid experience in reproductive genetics, assisted reproduction (IVF) or clinical diagnostics, to lead business development in Spain and the region.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Identifying new business opportunities and market niches, working closely with the laboratory team in Valencia.
- Designing and implementing tailored commercial strategies for the assisted reproduction sector.
- Promoting the adoption of advanced genetic solutions in fertility clinics, hospitals and laboratories.
- Building and maintaining strong and trustworthy client relationships, providing a close and personalised experience.
- Representing the company at key industry congresses and events.
- Preparing business reports and contributing to the region’s strategic planning process.
About you
Direct experience in genetics, IVF or molecular diagnostics.Proven experience in representative roles within the healthcare sector, with at least 3 years in assisted reproduction or related fields.University degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Genetics or a related discipline.Postgraduate training in Embryology, business management or healthcare management will be valued.In-depth knowledge of the reproductive health ecosystem and of the main professional associations in the sector.Key competences
